Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete your data — including any data obtained from Facebook or Instagram — from Fugu Social (also branded Tokyo Labs), operated by Fugu Marketing Services Pvt Limited. You can remove your connected accounts yourself at any time, or ask us to delete your data on your behalf.

Option A — Disconnect a channel yourself (immediate)

If you only want to remove a connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, you can do this instantly inside the Service:

Open the Channels page in Fugu Social and find the connected Facebook or Instagram account.
Select “Disconnect.” This deletes the stored access credentials (tokens) for that account from the Service.

You can also revoke the connection directly from Facebook — go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), select the app, and remove it. This invalidates any access tokens we hold for you.

Option B — Request full deletion of your data

To delete your account and all associated personal information, or to have us delete data connected on your behalf, send a request and we will process it for you:

Email privacy@fugumobile.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data deletion request.”
Tell us what to delete — your whole account and workspace, or a specific connected Facebook Page or Instagram account. If you are requesting on behalf of a brand or client, please identify it.
We verify and confirm. We may ask you to confirm your identity or ownership of the account before we proceed, to protect your data.

What we delete

Your account profile and login credentials.
Access tokens and credentials for the connected channels covered by your request.
Content, images, scheduling records, and connection data you created or connected, as covered by your request.

We may retain a limited amount of information where we are legally required to do so, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Any retained data remains protected under our Privacy Policy and is deleted or de-identified once no longer needed.

Timeframe & confirmation

Credentials removed by disconnecting a channel are deleted immediately. For full deletion requests, we will complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your request and will send you a confirmation by email once it is done.
